Dell support proves to be excellent 13 April 2004

After getting back from London last week, I opened my laptop case to find that the screen was smashed. When I took out the accidental damange cover I did wonder how effective it would be if I needed it. I got an on-site repair today. The repair technician took just fifteen minutes to replace the screen. The support cover has now paid for itself three times over.
